Best Practices
Production and delivery of corporate gifts and items are based on industrial best practices/ procedures to safeguard all parties from malpractice/ negligence/ miscommunication.
DO Policy
Delivered items are considered to be in good order upon DO signing in terms of quantity and quality, barring any replacements of small quantities of items (<10) which may be faulty (electronic items), and defective (torn product/ faulty zippers etc.).
Replacement Policy
Should there be any misprinting/ damage/ unsatisfactory product quality for the goods received, we will replace the same number of items within a reasonable timeframe.

Preferred Communication Channel
To expedite procurement procedures, we understand that verbal/ WhatsApp communication is occasionally required. However, our preferred communication channel is via e-mail to maintain a complete e-mail trail throughout the entire procurement process to safeguard all parties from malpractice or miscommunication.
Specification Change Post PO Issuance
While we are adamant on producing goods based on the specifications stated in the issued PO, we are aware of sudden changes in specifications from management. Under these circumstances, any change in specifications post PO issuance will require written e-mail confirmation from 2 parties, i.e. employees holding the following positions, Senior Associate/ Senior Executive/ Associate/ Executive and their respective Assistant Vice President/ Manager/ Assistant Manager.
Inventory Mismatch
We will replace any shortages for delivered items, ensuring the quantity of items are as per agreed within the PO.
