How do I know the pricing of the items I'm interested in?

Our prices are listed on our website; however, for more accurate pricing and quantities, it would be best to reach out to our representatives, and they will be more than happy to help you!

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Our corporate gifts and items are usually made to order, which means a reasonable lead time is required for their production. To know how soon you can receive your order, our brand rep will keep in touch with you to keep you updated.

How soon can I receive my order?

Our production begins upon receiving the PO, signed artwork, and logo in .ai format. The lead time for orders is typically 30 days from the date of PO issuance.

Are there any delivery charges for my order(s)?

Delivery within the Klang Valley is free of charge, while deliveries outside the Klang Valley or internationally are subject to delivery charges via our trusted courier companies.

How do I submit my logo for printing?

You can submit your logo for printing in .ai format via email to our reps. While most logo .ai files are already outlined, it would be best to still package your .ai file to be sent via zip format to our reps to expedite production.
